Le Café
With sister restaurants throughout France, it’s no surprise Le Café finally graced St. Barth. This dinner-only spot doubles as a piano bar with two nightly seatings at 7:30 and 9:30 pm. The music kicks off around 8:30 pm.

Most of the nightlife in St. Barth is centered on Gustavia, though there are a few places to go outside of town. "In" clubs change from season to season, so you might ask around for the hot spot of the moment, but none really get going until about midnight. Theme parties are the current trend. Check the daily St. Barth News or Le Journal de Saint-Barth for details. A late (10 pm or later) reservation at one of the club–restaurants will eventually become a front-row seat at a party.
