Fodor's Expert Review The Globe
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
This will take you back to the 1990s with its cosmopolitan mix of customers and its café-style food. It's one of those places where people keep coming back, year after year, for its predictably good food and coffee and its buzzing friendly vibe. There's nothing modern or minimalist here; just a huge funky globe strung from the ceiling high above your head and lots of posters on the walls. There's a good mix of breakfast and lunch fare with cabinet food like panini, quiche, and baked goods, and an all-day menu including muesli, eggs benedict, French toast, and pancakes. Or try their homemade fruit toast with lashings of real butter and berry jam.
