Some of the best Chinese food in the city is cooked up at this elegant restaurant in the Burswood Entertainment Complex. Cantonese flavors predominate under the guidance of chef de cuisine Pat Cheong, with signature dishes Peking duck, fillet steak with Szechuan or Cantonese sauce, Portuguese crab, and sea-salt prawns. The setting is that of a Cantonese manor, with woodcarvings and silk tapestries, and an entrance over a "bridge" across marble floors laden with gold coins. Nine-course banquet menus start at A$70.
