Limosa Rise Cottages
The green farmlands of South Gippland are dotted with quaint holiday stays, including this collection of three cottages just outside Yanakie, close to the entrance gate to the national park. Take a seat on a veranda for dramatic sea views over Corner Inlet Marine National Park. Stock up on supplies at the Yanakie General Store to enjoy the fully self-contained, spacious cottages, which are visited by the local kangaroos each day, and are close to swimming beaches as well as hiking and biking trails. Its sister property, Bear Gully Coastal Cottages, has five more cottages of varying sizes at Walkerville South, with wild koalas on-site.
