Yellowstone waterfalls in September

Potentially silly question... but I cant seem to find an answer.... do the waterfalls in Yellowstone flow in September?

Very few of the falls listed in

http://camelot.legendarydragons.com/cam-yell.htm

are described as "seasonal." All of the ones listed in

www.yellowstone-natl-park.com/wfalls.htm

are year-round, although they are all more spectacular in the spring.

Note that falls in Yosemite are quite a different matter.

Check out Yellowstone Falls, the main waterfall in the park that will for sure be flowing.

A more complex answer than HowardR's is yes, the Upper and Lower falls of the Yellowstone River do flow, but with much less water than at other seasons, since much of the water is frozen above the falls. The Lower Falls can be utterly spectacular in the coldest part of winter, since a cone of ice often forms over about the lower two-thirds of the height of the falls (which is 308 feet high), and sometimes there is also an ice bridge across the top.

Good job, janetchapple. I was just trying add a light touch after paulrabe's response that also was quite thorough.
