Yellowstone and Grand Teton
We will be spending 4 nights in Yellowstone and 3 nights in Grand Tetons late July. There seems to be so much to see and do. Looking for suggestions of how best to use our time. Also looking for restaurant suggestions for each area.
Traveling with my husband. We enjoy easy to moderate walks/hikes.
Also would like to know about travel times between the various parts of Yellowstone park

Good amount of time for both parks.
For Grand Teton, definitely spend one day at the Jenny Lake area (Hidden Falls, Inspiration Point, etc.) and another at Colter Bay (Indian Arts Gallery, lake cruise tour, Lakeshore Trail, Heron Pond & Swan Lake Loop Trail). You could spend your last day exploring the town of Jackson.
With four days at Yellowstone, you can spend two days at the various geyser basins (Norris, Midway, Upper Basin, Lower Basin), one day exploring Yellowstone Lake, Mud Volcano, and Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and one day seeing Mammoth Hot Springs and anything else of interest.

"travel times between various parts of Yellowstone" I am laughing and you will be too after your trip. The road system is a "Figure 8" and I would pick some spots you definitely want to see, but plan on driving the route slowly and stopping at anything else that catches your eye - there will be many. the funny part - the absolute best part of Yellowstone is the animal jams. Sometimes a herd of bison parking their gigantic bodies in the middle of the roadway or passing by your car. Sometimes a moose. No arguing with either as to how much time it takes from Point A to Point B.
If you see a bunch of cars parked on the side of the road for no apparent reason, there is some interesting animal nearby. We spent a lot of time at GTNP looking for moose. No luck. Returned to the rental condo at Teton Village to find one lunching on the landscaping.
