Yellowstone

Where is the best place to stay in the park this summer for a family of five with children ages 8 and 10? We'd like something that's comfortable and not too rustic. All of us are 1st time visitors and I know that everything fills fast so I'd like to reserve something soon. Please help!

We stayed at the Snow Lodge. It was very modern and really nice. Beware: there are no TV's, pools or air conditioning though!

Stayed last year (myself, wife, boys 12 & 14) in the Old Faithful LODGE cabins. You would need 2 cabins. They have 2 double beds each. With bath, they are about $55, $40 w/o bath. We had one of each.

Yellowstone is a very large park. If you are going to be there more than 3 days, I would consider staying in two different areas.

Do reserve today. On Dec 3 for June 18-22, Roosevelt cabins were booked (except for those without bathrooms) and I got a cabin in Mammoth Springs and Snow Lodge and Old Faithful Inn were booked so we have an Old Faithful Lodge cabin.
