Yachats eats

Overleaf's web site doesn't hit me in the eye with a restaurant...any suggestions in the Yachats area? Good, not fancy, food.

I enjoyed the blackberry hazelnut salmon at the Drift Inn and a salad with their signature ginger dressing the the last time I was down that way, although it's been a couple years and I've read some mixed reviews since then. I really liked the atmosphere--casual pub type place, with live music (South American folk music on my visit).

Friends have given me good reports on the Yachats River Inn but it sounds like it might be more upscale than you're looking for.

I don't think anything in Yachats would be rated as "fancy", but the River House is probably as close it gets. I wouldn't let that deter from having a meal there, though. My wife and I both enjoyed a dinner there earlier this year.

Thanks for the suggestions, folks. We have driven through Yachats many times but never stopped. Going down Tuesday to celebrate our 61st.
