I would think if you can get a $180 rate at the Wyndham through their website you could get a RESORT through Priceline for around $100-120 easily, which might even be the Wyndham Reach for that matter.
If you are willing to stay at any of the resorts in Key West that come up on Priceline(Hyatt, and the two Wyndhams in Key West).
The summer is kind of their low-time, unless there is a special event the week you are there. Its lots of fun we bid a 3* and go the Doubletree Grand Key Resort for $85, which worked well for us. Go to www.biddingfortravel.com and check out the summer bids that have been made under the Florida -- Key West section.

I would think that time of year you would be way ahead to bid something for less.
The resorts that Priceline uses in Key West are limited and all about the same level. Actually the two Wyndhams are located near each other and the Hyatt is near Mallory Square, so if you are OK with the Wyndham Reach you should be happy with either of the other two resorts.
I personally would be willing to bid for a 3* also in Key West at even a lower rate, but that is your call.
Have fun, Key West is a good time.
