Wisconsin Oktoberfest

Want to find best Wisconsin Oktoberfest - interested in smaller but authentic events - taking 90-year old Mom who will be limited getting around. Also looking for best sightseeing / sites in Wisconsin. Thank you!

I cannot imagine anything in Wisconsin being an "authentic" Oktoberfest event.

With it's German heritage and breweries, I would think Milwaukee would have a good Oktoberfest.
