Wine tour from San Francisco

We will be in San Francisco for a few days in April and would like to go on a 1-day wine tour to Napa valley. As we don´t have a car we would like to go on an organazied tour. Preferably a smaller group and maby not the most "touristic" wineries.
Any suggestions for tour operators?

Many limo companies offer a package for the Napa tour. I have never used one as I live in the SF Bay Area a drive up to Napa.

It may be chaper for you to rent a car for the day though. It then gives you the opportunity to go to the wineries you want to not the ones that are scheduled.

There are definitely plenty of options out there --- and the other benefit is that you won't have to get behind the wheel after winetasting!

To go the swanky custom route, there's Beau Wine Tours, which will take you on a private drive. You can put together your own list of places that interest you, or work with them to create an itinerary / take their suggestions. They've got an 8-hour tour, for instance, that will pick you up in SF.

Napa Valley Wine Country Tours arranges limo winery tours---either on a daily prearranged route or on a custom drive. They switch up their daily itineraries frequently and get to some places that are a bit more off the beaten path.

There's also a company that takes small groups around in a classic convertible...

Does anyone know the name of the company Jen mentioned, that will drive you around in convertible? That sounds like so much fun! Otherwise, I think my husband and I are going to hire a towncar through Beau Wine Tours. There website is well set up and prices seem reasonable. Does anyone have tips on Beau or other car services? Thanks!
