Apologize for what, being bad in math?

7/12 @ 10:55PM to 7/13 @ 1:52PM = 15 hours.

Still not too snappy...

Wake up, Awake. Not everyone spends 24/7 on the internet waiting for posts that address them. Might be Curious has, dare we utter this phrase, will it burn my lips in passing: ANOTHER LIFE? Wow, now THAT was a good one, huh, huh, huh dontcha think huh?

By chance, might that other life be under the name of 'x'?

Nope, not x. And I'm usually not x either, but never "curious".

I can't believe that in 80+ posts, no one has brought up the fact that FISHERMEN/WOMEN ARE TOURISTS, TOO.

On beaches in my state, swimmers share the ocean with folks who are fishing for pleasure and food. Nets would certainly infringe upon the recreational rights of those fishing!

Whoa Awake/aware! We didn't get the lights out soon enough.

YEAH, and while we're at it, what will the sea turtles do? They've gotta get to land to lay their eggs. Oh I got it, build them ramps up and over the fences that lead back to the beach. But we've gotta fence that area of beach too so they return via their ramps, and not some other piece of shoreline, thus getting stuck inside the nets.

OK fully awake now.

sorry...wasn't 'aware' that i spelled 'awake' incorrectly.

good point about those turtles. lets make it easy on 'em - how about just a ramp going up but a little waterslide going down so they don't have to walk.

Oh that'll be cute. Then we can sell tickets to tourists allowing them to watch. Maybe touch, or slide with the turtles. Hey! A new park. TurtleWorld!!

Ah yes, Turtleworld. Brings a tear to my eye. A total safety resort. Some individual fences around every room to keep out burgulars and OH, what a beach -- fences, nets, turtle ramps. Total safety for our guests -- safety@the beach and, if we're lucky, Weird Al Yankovic. Unfortunately that'll be about it.

Hey awake, as "x" suspected, I don't actually tether myself to my computer awaiting responses! Can you believe it! I sometimes don't log on for a whole week if I'm busy.
Now if others do, or take the time to count the hours it takes for someone to respond, all I can say is, how pathetic! I offer my condolences in the hopes that you find people to interract with and worthwile diversions to occupy your time. (Not snappy but still a comeback)

Given the millions of people that swim in the oceans, shark attacks are still rare. More people die from bee stings than shark attacks. What are you going to go, put nets on all the flowers etc. to contain the bees???

IMO "Safety" has some serious psychological problems that need far more help than anyone can give him/her here. Safety if you are still lurking--get some professional help to deal with your fears.
