Statia, Happy Birthday!
You (or your husband!)must check out "Jobean's Glass Studio" for jewelry and pretties. Just read about it in CT&L magazine, it's apparently the "caribbean's only flame-working studio".

We are going to Florida (in 10 days..but whos counting) We are splitting our 12 days between LaPlaya in Naples and then off to Portofino Bay Hotel in Universal...When in Florida you just gotta go on a roller coaster or two

End of April we are off to The Bellagio in Vegas.

Thanks for the wishes and tip, Joan. Actually we have been to JoBean's many times. She is fascinating to watch at work and a very nice lady to boot.

Hi all, I am travelling (from Ireland) to Chicago on 5th April, then taking the California Zephyr train to San Francisco stopping off in Salt Lake City.
I am in a frenzy of excitement and also a bit nervous as it is my first completely solo trip. Previous trips were with my son or an organised coach tour, which I have to say, was excellent. This time the cost of such a trip with a tour company was just too high so it is a fully independent solo trip.
Will report all after 20th April.

The Bahamas on a short cruise, middle of the month. Few days of soaking up some sun & tropical drinks should do me good!

Going to Scottsdale for a week for classes. Not quite a "vacation," but hey, I'm there. Also taking a side trip to Sedona on the front end and Vegas on my way home. Yee ha!

Spent two glorious weeks in Mexico in early January. Can't afford any more vacation time for a while so apparently I'll just be going crazy in April!
