We will be going to New England next summer and would like to see someplace associated with poet Robert Frost.

Which is the best

The Robert Frost Farm in Derry is supposed to be worth seeing. I live in N. H. and have never heard of the one in Franconia, but that doesn't mean it's not worth doing.

According to the Middlebury College catalogue (Middlebury, VT), Robert Frost lived for many years in the neighboring town of Ripton, VT. He received an honorary Doctor of Letters from Middlebury in 1924. It is my understanding that many of his papers are housed in the Middlebury College library (you might confirm this with the college library). The Addison County Chamber of Commerce (1-800-733-8376)
would certainly have information on this subject. They are very helpful and could provide further advice.

I second the Middlebury recommendation. Also in Ripton is the Robert Frost Interpertive Trail. A home Mr. Frost lived in for a few years in Shaftsbury, VT just opened as a museum and Mr. Frost is buried in nearby Bennington, VT.
