Which is better, Blackstone's at Monte Carlo or Kokomo's at Mirage?

I'll be in Vegas with my dad after Thanksgiving, so wondering which steak house we might enjoy better?

We are staying at Monte Carlo and going to Mystere at 10pm. Not planning on a super expensive steak, but a really nice one. Thank you!

Kathy, I go to Vegas about once a month and in all honesty, I can't recommend either place. The steaks are not up to par to either Morton's or Ruth's Chris.

It IS expensive, but we ate last week while in LV at Delmonico's in the Venetian. It is Emeril Lagasse's place and is superb......

Well, to be truthful, I usually just go to Outback for steak, which I enjoy. I'm looking for something better than that, but not wanting to break the bank, say $100 total for dinner (we don't drink wine, maybe a beer for dad, that's all)? Thank you for any recommendations that fit the bill.
