Trying to decide between the Sheraton in Kauai or the Princeville Resort, any preference?

Starwood Luxury Collection vs Sheraton? Princeville is better by far...

Not close. Location, room quality, uniqueness, service...P-ville has it all over the Sheraton.

Princeville is beautiful. However, we stayed at the Sheraton a couple years ago and loved just walking out the door to snorkel on the beach. Nice calm water- we were nearly swept away when we got in the water near Princeville. Just depends on what you're looking for- if I was on my honeymoon I'd go to Princeville. The Sheraton was perfect for our family of four.
