Which area is better Fort Walton Beach or SGI?

The company I dealt with was BeachSeekers.com. They are the ones who had the sign & phone # out front of the house. However, it is SandCastlesEscapes.com who phoned me to cancel the reservation. So, do you know how they are related?
I understand that VacationRentals.Com is the one that is currently handling it, & was actually told this by the owner prior to driving down there & booking with BeachSeekers.
So, if VRC had it then, how did BS sign us up in the first place & how does SCE come into this???

So, DH called the Dr. who apologized & said he didn't understand what was going on - would make a call tomorrow to the rental agent.
A couple minutes after hanging up, he phoned us back stating 'we're going to treat you right financially on this'.
About an hour later, he called us again, asking the specific dates, saying he'd have to check to see if those dates are already booked - what? We've had them booked almost a month!
This just gets stranger & stranger...
