Looking for some feedback on the differeces between living in O'ahu & Maui from people that understand my laid-back island style (if you're a Jimmy fan - you know what I'm talking about!). I've been living in Hawaii Kai for about a month and having a blast but have heard great things about Maui (greener, less congested etc.) making me wonder where I should be hangin' my hat. I'll probably visit Maui in about a month but would still love to hear from people that have spent considerable time on both islands and hear your point of view.

Wherevah your cruisin' takes you. For quintessential Margaritaville: Lahaina and Key West in the 70's. Since things have changed a little since then, it helps to be employed.
