Hi all,we're getting married this summer and looking for an interesting yet inexpensive place to go in the States for a honeymoon. Any suggestions?

My husband and I went to Florida Keys for our honeymoon but we did'nt pay for it, family did. It wasnt the cheapest but a little cheaper than going abroad. Do you like mountains, sun and ocean? There are a lot of places you could go but hard to say without knowing what you would be interested in doing.

We've been using Canada as a destination for summer vacations for years due to low costs, interesting things to experience and generally less in the way of crowds. Definitely put Canada on your short list for a summer trip like that.

Bar Harbor, Maine (on Mt. Desert Island). Acadia Nat'l Park is beautiful.

In the US? Napa Valley.

If you gave a better idea of what kinds of things you'd prefer. A full service resort? A cabin? Mountains, beaches, secluded, lots of activities and nightlife? Also, where are you coming from?
