Where to stay in South Beach?

Hi
I am looking to rent a furnished condo for one month in South Beach. I have 3 choices in terms of location:
- Ocean and 5th
- Washington and 15th
- Collins and 23rd
I really don't know this area would love some advice on the best spot. In terms of what I am looking for: I am happy to be in an active, busy area. Would like not to have to rent a car and still be able to get to the shops, restaurants, galleries easily.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi Colle!
Firstly, Ocean Drive and Fifth Street is a super busy intersection and is right in the middle of the chaos that is Ocean Drive.
By busy I mean 24/7 busy and not in a good way.
On Washington and 15th you are really in the middle of everything. Almost a bullseye of South Beach.
