Ulu with wooden board, sharpener and mineral oil were about $60 at the Anchorage Ulu Factory. This is a good set and not a cheap knock-off - and the live demonstration has some good information for you about using it. I want to recommend a little sandwich shop in downtown Anchorage called "Urban Greens". Our food was very good - salad was very fresh. Someone referred to "The Moose is Loose" Bakery in Soldotna and I second that motion. Yummy stuff and coffee is free with purchase if you supply your own cup.
