Where is the ABC Eiffel Tower cam?

Clues:
It's on a line extended from the Invalides dome through the north side of the tower. I think the closest pier is the west one.
It's closer to the tower than the tower is to the dome.
It's about the height of the first floor, since the horizon appears to be at that level.

Camera 3 shows some buildings around the sides of the POV. What would those be?

I didn't see the wide-angle shot. I was almost right. The building on the left in the wide-angle image is indeed the east wing of the Palais de Chaillot, and the height is the same as well. I'll have to take a look there the next time I'm in the area and see exactly which building it might be.
