hey, j. correa, thanks a-heap! really appreciated your taking the time to share that Lake Tahoe is wonderful in October. The idea of sitting by the lake or in front of the fireplace with some hot chocolate sounds spectacular. thanks again.

Driving from DC to Montreal on a two week exploration trip end of Sept. Beginning of October. Hope to also stop in Newport, RI. plan to camp 50% hotel it the other 50%.
