What's your favorite Palm Springs/Palm Desert restaurant?

We love the Blue Coyote in Palm Springs, and last hear had a really wonderful meal at Roy's in Rancho Mirage. I'd love to hear about other places -- cost is not the issue, but good food and not having to dress up is! (slacks and a golf shirt ok, jacket or tie, not ok).

P.S. As always, we're staying in Palm Desert, so don't necessarily need to drive all the way into Palm Springs, unless there's a good reason.

We will ALWAYS drive from Palm Desert to Palm Springs to eat at Johannes. www.johannesrestaurants.com

Picanha is an enjoyable Brazilian Churrascaria in Palm Desert. www.picanharestaurant.com

Both are pretty casual.

Sullivans if you like steak, Pacifica if you like fish, in the Gardens on El Paseo. A bit noisier than Augusta or Jillians in Palm Desert.

We like Roys too, but the one in Maui. Somehow the fish is fresher there LOL
