If it's vodka martinis you like, gotta give props to Red Square at Mandalay Bay! They have an ice bartop and great vodka martinis. WARNING - they are delicious and VERY Potent!!!! So eat first and drink slowly!

I will post a GTG thread if I get to go to Vegas this summer! I stay & gamble downtown, myself. If I drink, it's normally vodka shots. And Main Street Station serves Absolut and Stoli now, in addition to some other fab flavored vodkas!

I think most, if not all of the "Ultra Lounges" have decent martini menus. I went to The Ghost Bar at the Palms a few months ago and liked it. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed and it has a great view of the strip. I didn't have any martini's but my wife tried several different ones and liked them all. Of course after the 3rd she may not have been able to taste much

trippin,
On one of our visits to Mandalay Bay, we ran into Steve Perry from Aerosmith in the lobby. If you can get into the "freezer" it is great fun. The freezer is an area where people rent lockers to keep special vodkas (Rick Shroeder has one of the lockers according to the tag), and the table is a glass case that has a head inside. It belongs to the statue that is outside the place. They have fur coats and hats to wear when you go. The vodka is so cold you don't feel it and they are shots so very dangerous! I don't drink that much but my husband is really into the premium vodkas and LOVES the Spudniks - multiple vodkas with blue cheese stuffed olives. My personal favorite is the "Sprintime in Lennigrad" - fruity and light. Have a great time with your family!

Did somebody call me???? One of my favorite subjects, and my first question to the concierge when I arrive at a new city!
In my experience I would recommend Red Square in the Mandalay Bay. Second would be China Grill...but CG tends to quiet down really early while Red Square seems to have serious staying power....and the bar is so cool....literally!
