We are going be there for one week on business and would like to see and do something intersting. We like museum and nature. Any ideas?

What city in Oklahoma?????

Oklahoma City but we will have a rental car.

I've recently moved to OKC, so I'm still learning about things to do and see myself, but a few things to note:
- New art museum in downtown.
- Bricktown is the main entertainment area, with a variety of restaurants and bars, many with live music.
- The National Cowboy Museum.
- The Omnidome is another kind of museum, I think more science oriented, and the Imax theater is there.
- Also at the Omnidome is a Titanic exhibit with many artifacts- it's been tourning the country for several years and is just awesome.
- Another area for nightlife is Western Avenue, between about 36th and 63rd Streets.
- You might check concert schedules- there are several arenas and concert halls with things going on all the time.
- The Oklahoma City National Memorial, site of the bombing, is not to be missed. They have also opened a great museum.

Let me add to MD4's list. There are a lot of hidden gems in Oklahoma City that you will find absolutely rewarding:

* First, let me second the bit about the new Art museum. Go there on Thursday nights for the socials and live music, and Friday nights and weekends for the arthouse, classic, foreign, and local films. The Art museum is creating a emerging arts scene in OKC unlike any it's had before.

*Stockyards City. Go there on Monday mornings and you'll find an activity that's strangely entertaining: a live cattle auction. Its main street district is home to real cowboy shops and Cattlemen's Steakhouse, the most legendary of OKC eateries.

*Little Saigon on Classen and NW 23rd. Oklahoma's version of Chinatown. Some of OKC's best Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese can be found here (can you say Dim Sum?). Walking through two Asian groceries (at least one of which I know will fry your fish right on the spot) makes your senses forget that you're smack dab in the middle of the Great Plains. Grand House (for Vietnamese) and Sala Thai (for Thai) are the stars of this district. Mick Jagger swears by the latter.

*Paseo Arts District. Probably OKC's best kept secret. This is an artist's neighborhood built in the style of a Spanish village. Home to artist lofts, studios, intriguing shops, and a bustling cafe in the center of it all, it actually is OKC's slice of Bohemia.

*Lake Hefner. Locals go here to bike, rollerblade, jog, and picnic. They also go here to dine in some of OKC's best restaurants in the East Wharf development. Try to get your table about 45 minutes to sundown; you'll be rewarded with what is arguably the most unforgettable OKC sunset you'll ever experience.
