What time for Pink Jeep Tour

All

We are going to Sedona as part of our Spring Break vacation this year. I think the Pink Jeep tour sounds like lots of fun. My question is what time in the morning would be best to do it so that there isn't too much of a chill in the air? We will be there the first week of April.

Thanks.

The first of April can be cold. It snowed on us at the Grand Canyon (for three days) during that timeframe. I'd choose something in the middle of the day. Which tour are you taking? Broken Arrow? Scenic Rim? I like Scenic Rim at sunset.

We went on the Pink Jeep tour in January at 10 am and we were fine.
They give you blankets if you are cold.

It's been a few years, but I would suck it up, wrap myself in blankets and go for the early morning light.

I definitely recommend a jeep tour in the early morning. The way the light reflects off of the rocks at the time is spectacular. I would look into all the jeep tour companies however. There are a lot of options and some very good companies out there very accommodating towards individuals needs.

We went the last week of March last year and went about 3:00 p.m. The weather was gorgeous, about 75 degrees. We did the Pink Jeep tour called the broken arrow. Have fun-we had a great tour guide who had been in the area for several years and told us stories about the locals.

If you like to take pics certainly opt for the early morning trip. Just dress accordingly, you can always take clothes off.

Thanks for all the advice. I think we will try to do it as early as possible and just dress up. We are from Minnesota so a little cold doesn't scare us.
