Web sites for World Time Zones and Currency
i have lost websites for the above 2 great sites, which i had bookmarked and somehow deleted. does anyone know what they are? the times zones listed all countries and the current times and the currency and the exchange rates which you could print out and take when going on holidays. thank you in advance.

Sue, I think this might be the time zone website you're looking for.
I posted it in one of the categories you have to scroll down to see from the 'travel talk' homepage...tips and hints or something like that.

FAVORITE CURRENCY CONVERTER:
Sue, same thing for Currency Converter. The best I've found is the one from Oanda....use the 'cheat sheet' function (look in left column) so you can print out copies and take with you.
Even for 2 of us I print out 4; one for each of us to carry in pocket and purse (always seems to lose those) with 2 more backups in luggage.

Voltages and Adaptors - by Country....
Sue, you didn't ask about this one, but you and others may find it interesting.
Remember: adaptors do not 'change' the voltage
