Weather In Oregon next week
We are flying into Portland the 26...renting a car..just checked the 10 day forecast and it looks good for both the coast and Crater Lake... low 70's and sunny...so, we still haven't decided if we should head straight for the coast or Crater Lake...which route would YOU take? We have a week...and are willing to drive long distances per day.

The highs are ranging from the low 70's days to 50's at night..not much rain forecast though, that is good.
We were out on the Coast last week and it was quite windy and very chilly, turtleneck and thick socks weather.

If the clouds are hovering over Mt. Mazama, you won't enjoy Crater Lake. But you can enjoy the coast in almost any weather. So if it's sunny when you arrive, head to Crater Lake. Otherwise, hope for sunny days at the end of your trip. You really only need a couple hours up at the lake; if it's sunrise or sunset, all the better.

It's supposed to be 85-90 and sunny in the Rogue Valley through the week, so I'd say come on down
