Can't help you with the weather. As far as clothing goes, Pensacola is thong country. Flip flops are handy too.

Hi there - I've lived in Pensacola for over 10 years. Like some of the folks posted before, weather is hard to predict. However, I can give you a indication of what to expect. I would recommend checking out weather.com before you leave.

Lately we've had lots of rain. The temps have been in the upper 70's. The forecast is that it will cool off a little. If I has to guess, you'll probably find high temps in the 70's. You may wish to bring a light jacket for the evening - just in case.

Casual is fine during the day. I personally wear "dressy casual" in the evening, especially on the beach. Make sure you make it to Peg Leg Pete's on Pensacola Beach. It is a great local's hangout.

There is lots to see in Pensacola too - especially downtown.

Liza - tks for the info - it was most most helpful - staying at the Emerald Isles, Pensacola Beach (have never been to Pensacola Beach) will ck out Peg Leg's- any other suggestions? I'm assuming it's warmer on the beach. Tks.
