Wash DC pizza by the Capital

Could anyone suggest a good pizza place in walking distance from the Capital?
Thanks

Best thin pizza is Pizza Paradiso. 2 locations, M street in Georgetown and P street off of Dupont Circle.

There is a new place on Dupont Circle called Sette Osterio. It is ok but not as good as PP.

I don't know of any up near the Cap.

I agree that Pizza Paradiso is some of the best pizza in DC. Take the red line to Dupont Circle. It's not far and definitely worth the trip.

Pizzeria Paradiso, 2029 P St., NW, 202-223-1245

There used to be an Armands and a Pizzeria Uno on Capitol Hill.

There's a Pizzaria Uno's in Union Station, upstairs. I like the seats where you can look down on all the activity below. But I think the food is just "standard". Nothing special, but never bad either.

If it's a weekday before 5pm, The Breadline at 1750 Penn Ave (1-1/2 blocks from White House) has fantastic pizza as well. Closed evenings and weekends.

A pizza place within walking distance of the Capital and the White House? Last time I was in DC there was a Pizza Hut in the reflecting pool. Trolls live under bridges. I'm sure there are a few nice bridges nearby.
