Many people won't understand the devastation you are feeling now. But I want you to know there are some of us who really do know what you are going through. So here's some unasked for advise. Put yourself and your husband first. Use each other, don't hold back on saying what you feel, just say it respectfully and with love. Know that people will say insensitive things not meaning to hurt you. And know that grief has its own timetable. Be patient and while time won't ever remove the loss, it will soften it. Most of all... from one woman who only knows you from Fodors....I am terribly sorry and I wish all the love and peace we can give you from a distance.

Jersey--
Thanks so much, your kindness touched my heart. Right at this moment, I do feel like my husband and I are in it alone...not because my friends aren't reaching out--they're incredible, or our families...but because all of them have been blessed with stress free pregnancies that resulted in healthy children. I'm the only one in my small world who found out their baby was stillborn...
I'm sad but thankful I have so much love in my life--and it's amazing how the kindness of strangers can take a teeny bit of that pain away. Thank you for writing.
