Did you ever get a response to this, I know it was 1 1/2 years ago but I will be staying there in early June. I am not too concerned about the quality of the place, but rather what sort of activities for a 2 and 4 year there are. We're doing Sesame Street Park for at least two of the days.

I have stayed there as a guest of a time-share owner. The condos are very spacious and clean. There are time-share "rules" that need to be adhered to.

The facilities include outdoor sports (basketball/tennis), swimming pools (definitely indoor, probably outdoor) and a playground.

There are VCRs in the unit and video rentals in the lobby as well as a food court.

It is NOT a day trip to Sesame Place.

Vilas at Tree Tops is part of Fernwood Resort. The villas are very spacious and kept clean. There is an arcade in the main building that has something for just about everyone. There is also a indoor pool in the main building (Villas guest can use it) which is great if you go in the off season.

This time of year there is snow tubing on site. They also offer horseback riding year rould. We did the horseback riding and would recommend it. The snow tubing was quite dangerous, but it was because we went after a rain storm and the hill was total ice.

Good luck planning.
