Vegas - wedding dinner

I'm looking for suggestions for a restaurant to hold a post wedding dinner for 40 guests in Vegas. It can be on or off strip, expected price range=$40-$70 pp excluding alcohol, want a place with a private room, prefer cuisine other than the standard wedding hotel food - American,Fusion, French, Italian OK. The crowd will be young, mostly 25-35. Food quality is most important, then ambiance, then location, in the above price range. We'll be heading to Vegas in July to try some suggestions out before deciding. So far we have found the following which appear to meet our criterian:

Pamplemousse
Kiefer's
OXO
Spiedini
Mon Ami Gabi
Rosemary's

Any other suggestions or comments on the above?

Thanks.

For that age range, I'd think about the Voodoo Lounge at the Rio. Or maybe even the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay.

Although I've never eaten at Rosemary's it has the reputation for being one of the Best Restaurants off the strip. I'd suggest a place not in a casino for better memories, less distractions. Hubby's had Pamplemousse and Spendini, rated very good but not exceptional. Best of luck!

Mike I have been planning a post wedding dinner for this Saturday night for 17 people for about 2 months and found Pinot Brasserie at the Ventien the best choice, French Fusion,25-50$ we will be in the main resturant but for a larger group they have 2 private rooms. I have also arranged for the Bride&Groom to have a private gondola ride before dinner as well. Ill be gald to let you know next week how it went if you shoot me your email if interested. good luck.

I really really liked Valentinos at Venetian.
It was $177 with tax and tip for 2 including alot of drinks and wine and desert. Food was indescribable and the ambiance was cool. You can make reservations and view the menu at open table.com
