According to MGM website, Emerils is closed for renovations till July 01, 2004.Your post surprised me as I have a reservation for July 17 and if so I would have assumed Open Table would have informed me.

As my kids used to say, my bad! The reason I thought it had closed was that there are two other new restaurants since last July. And there were signs telling of the remodel of Wolfgang Puck's place, but nothing on Emeril's.

Just responding to my notes regarding Prime. It is entirely possible that we were there one a bad night, and perhaps our waiter was really busy. I wouldn't mind trying it again, although I'm not sure my boyfriend will give it another try. We absolutely loved the Paris buffet for breakfast - never tried the buffets for dinner. Ultimately, I appreciate everyone's recomendations.
