Vegas Flights...suggestions?

Hi there! I am planning a trip to Vegas for August of this year. The prices seem to be close for every company I check for flights from Orlando to Vegas. So, I was curious to know what airlines you have had the best service with.

Thanks in advance for any info you can give.

America West and United are the only airlines that fly nonstop. The LAS-MCO portion is a red eye. We fly America west because we save ff miles with them and they also sell first class updrades. Not sure if United does. No meal service on AW.

Southwest has one-stops with no change of planes, if you're booking this far ahead you might want to go with SW because they allow changes with no change fees.

I always fly Southwest to Vegas when I can, from Orlando you ought to be able to find a good deal, usually around $240 round trip, non-stop, is the way to go, sometimes cheaper!!

As mentioned above, Southwest does not have nonstop flights. They do have flights with one stop in which one does not have to change planes.

Have you already booked your hotel? If not, check out MLT vacations for airfare/hotel packages. I have never rarely been able to beat them from Denver.

I love Jet Blue. They fly non stop, you get a snack, and personal tv monitors!

JetBlue does not appear to have a non-stop flight from Orlando to Las Vegas shown on their route map. Are you sure?

Take TransMeridian Airlines out of Orlando Samford. they have ONLY non-stop flights, and hae very good prices. Draw backs: they don't have flights every day of the week.

I'm also a huge fan of Jet Blue. From Orlando, there may be one layover, but the flight is comfortable, and with the little tv behind for each seat, the time passes quickly.

Do whatever possible not to fly the redeye home.

For some unknown reason, I always get stuck on the redeye and it is the most miserable experience known to man second only to a root canal without painkillers.

I don't think a redeye is so horrible, if you don't have to go to work the next day! We took that flight home on a Saturday night, then drove home and slept Sunday till about 2. It was OK.

Jetblue is fabulous, Song is also great, but you might want to hold off on booking them given Delta's current travel situation. I am sorry to admit I am not sure if either of these have direct flights from Orlando (but they do from NYC my local city!) Both offer tv monitors at each seat, which is a wonderful amenity!
