3 generations of Aussies planning a White Christmas by first having fun in Las Vegas then heading to Calgary and then across to Canmore for a White Christmas. Having trouble finding 'reasonable'priced flights to Calgary - any hints on the best websites for budget airlines? Thanks for any info.

Before looking farther for cheap seats to Las Vegas, check to see what's going on during your dates. Many of the show are "dark" during the holiday season.

Oh, about the flights. If you're flying from Australia and Las Vegas is your first destination, try shopping "economy" airlines with direct flights from a convenient (for you) city with an International airport in the USA such as Jet Blue, Southwest, Allegiant(?), etc.

Though, this would probaby involve considerable research and a complicated flight plan. And, it's always best to plan on exceedingly generous connection times when flying on separate tickets.

"dark" means the show is not on that particular date/night

Thanks you Dukey for the websites very helpful...I have spent nearly all day checking flights - it's amazing how they vary - as once we have a week in Canmore we are all taking off to various places in both Canada and the US

As for flights between LV and Calgary. You can also check Westjet.
It flies that route.
