Vegas Budget Buffets

Just inquiring if anyone knows any good quality buffets that have reasonable prices. Keep in mind, I am on a budget, but I am looking for some pretty good breakfast and dinner buffets to keep the wife and 11yr son content.

We have always enjoyed the buffet at the Riveria. Great selection and very inexpensive.

Treasure Island is quite nice, reasonably priced ($6.50, I think), though a little bit limited. Their dinner buffet includes shrimp and prime rib. At 11.50, it is quite cheap. The weekday lunch buffet is also very affordable (7.50)

If you want quantity, sacrificing quality a bit, you can't go wrong with the breakfast buffet at Sahara. It is huge, and at $5.50 or so, quite a bargain. Quality is just OK, but they have made to order omelettes.
