Vegas Bars

I was in Vegas 2 years ago and did not find any "normal" bars - bars which are not basically a casino. Can anyone advise me of any - thanks.

Are you serious? If so, I don't quite understand the question. Are you looking for bars which don't have VP built into the bar or are you saying something other than the bar in the middle of the casino.

Like, what about Ghostbar atop the Palms?

Or are you talking, stand alone bars which are not in a resort property? If so, Crown and Anchor Pub or Double Down Saloon.

you apparently weren't looking all that hard. There are many "normal" bars in Vegas. You will find them at Mandalay Bay, Rio, Palms, Venetian, NYNY, MGM, just to name some. Some good ones that I've been to include Voodoo Lounge at the Rio, Red Square and Rumjungle at Mandalay Bay.

I could indeed not have looked very hard - I will know where to look next time.
