Vacation Delemma

I am getting mixed reviews for traveling to italy and the caribbean next febuary. I was wondering where can I go that is different, warm, on the beach, and inexpensive.

Thailand, although I'm not sure about February weather. Flights aren't as expensive as you might think, the people are very friendly and you can find nice accomdations at all price levels.

On our recommendation friends went for their honeymoon and raved about it. Both said it was the most amazing place they've been.

Greece and Italy will not have warm beach weather in February.

How about the Canary Islands or the Seychelles?

I second Thailand. I lived there for over a year, and it is (in my opinion) the most beautiful place on earth. gorgeous beaches, warm/hot year round, delicious food, fascinating culture, and hospitable, friendly, kind-hearted people. There are some super cheap options for both food and hotels there, as the economy is much poorer. the most expensive part is getting there!
