<we wouldn't all be crazy wondering, thinking, being frustrated and at times...waterless.>

I'm not "frustrated" or "waterless".

Last week I flew FRONTIER out of Trenton Airport which is famous for "no bathrooms or any concessions after security." No opportunity to buy water just before boarding.

So my husband and I each packed these lovely little toiletry bags with four 3-ounce bottles of water. As soon as we boarded the plane we filled my empty water bottle with our stash and were good to go.

On another flight our of Marrakesh, there was a second security check at the gate just before boarding and I lost 2 bottles of water I had purchased about 10 steps before.

Amy, do you honestly not understand the difference between buying a bottle of water which has cleared security and bringing your own bottle of mystery liquid through security?

Amy topped a thread she started 5 years ago, wow.

I fly out of LAX and they let you bring empty water bottles through and fill them up once past security.

Put it on top of your hand luggage so they can see that it's empty.

I'm not sure what I am missing. I've always received free soda and water on US Airway flights and I just checked their website and I see the word Complimentary for soda and bottled water http://www.usairways.com/en-US/trave...maincabin.html. Snacks are a different story depending on the length of the flight.

Sassy, you are missing it is a 5 year old thread topped by someone who doesn't seem to understand 3 oz. through security. Yes, everyone gives free sodas.
