Collette, I'm sorry about your circumstances, but you really seem to be taking a realistic & sensible approach to this. I just read your last post here, and I want to you know, that Paris is worth the wait! We spent our 10th there last year, and it was, in a word - "magical". Get the employment situation resolved and spend the next year planning for a wonderful trip to Paris. Happy Anniversary

Thanks for the kind words, they do help. I'm sure you will be in Paris next year and with any luck and hard work, perhaps my family and I will be there too.
Isn't it interesting how some people choose the high road while others the low? In the long run, it is those who take the former who will succeed, while those that take the latter will remain miserable. I'm sure we'll both be fine and hope I never begrudge others their accomplishments.
