Just a quick note to DebitNM.
The tours of the City Hall Subway station are available ONLY to members of the NY Transit Museum.
However, anyone can see the City Hall station (opened October 27, 1904, closed December 31, 1945) by staying on the downtown 6 train (7th, 8th or 9th car recommended) as it leaves the Brooklyn Bridge station and loops around thru the City Hall station to come up on the uptown side of the Brooklyn Bridge station.

The entire collection will be on exhibit until Jan 16, after that only partial.
The collection of the Neue Galerie is too large to be exhibited all at once. The current collection is Klimt women on one floor and highlights of the collection on the upper floor, with the exception of the decorative arts room which I believe has no or or a very small rotation of items.

He set up The Newsstand as part of the exhibition Ocean of Images: New Photography 2015. The Newsstand was originally located at Brooklyn's Lorimer Street/Metropolitan Avenue L/G stop. It was a conceptual pop-up retail store that ran for 14 months in a regular subway newsstand that did not have a retailer for that time.
"Artists acting as guest clerks transformed it into a mecca for independently published magazines, zines, books, and comics as well as screen-printed posters, T-Shirts, audiocassettes, pins, patches and postcards dropped off by commuters." Quoted from the book, The Newsstand, by Skira Rizzoli, and designed by my son. A year later, The Newsstand, is now part of the museums permanent collection.
My son was one of the original conceptional artists.
Thanks for asking, NGail!

Last year's exhibit, NGail. Not sure when and where the MOMA will exhibit it again. It was up from November 2015-March 2016. There is the book, The Newsstand in the bookstore; articles on the NYT - both the original site and the installation at the museum.

Late to the party with followup advice, but if you find yourself nearby, like the Tenement Museum, get a pickle here:
