Two Days in Sedona, Four ladies

Four girlfriends are going to Sedona Feb. 16-18. We will be attending a lecture all day Sat. We will be flying into PHX by 10:00 a.m. on Friday so we will have the rest of the day and evening. We will also have Sunday morning into early afternoon. Of course everyone likes a little bit of shopping. I have been to Sedona once so I know where some of the nice shopping areas are. I was looking into a couple of activities we might do that would get us outdoors to enjoy the scenery. We are all in our 50's and 60's. Is the Bell Rock hike a good bet as far as scenery and not too difficult? Does anyone know how much time we should allow for that? Any restaurant suggestions would be appreciated.

The drive up Oak Creek Canyon is quite nice at that time of year as you can see so much more of the area. Hiking in there though depends on snowmelt as the creek level was too high last time we were there. Only done a couple of short hikes at the lower elevation of the Red Rock area but very refreshing.

There's just one biplane company out at the little aiport. There are helicopter rides now too.

The restaurant/bar there is not too bad if someone isn't going up for the trip and wants to relax while they wait.

We also loved the pink jeep tours. We
ate at Shugrue's and Dalh and Dulucca
and liked both.
