Trouble with Travelocity reservation

Update- Contacted both Travelocity CEO and WEstin. Got an immediate reply from Westin and got a refund on Amex statement today.! Success and thanks for all the help here. By the way used expedia in jan to book a trip to Las Vegas. Hotel did not have reservation when we arrived!! Seems original fax failed to go through and they neglected to re-fax reservation request. Travelocity never has acknowledged my contacts about problems.
