Update- Contacted both Travelocity CEO and WEstin. Got an immediate reply from Westin and got a refund on Amex statement today.! Success and thanks for all the help here. By the way used expedia in jan to book a trip to Las Vegas. Hotel did not have reservation when we arrived!! Seems original fax failed to go through and they neglected to re-fax reservation request. Travelocity never has acknowledged my contacts about problems.

That's great news, Janet... now maybe you can help Jackie with her ongoing problem with Travelocity. She's had about fifty replies so far... it's no longer a thread, it's a saga! (Look around here, you're sure to find it.)
