Wow. Beware. Someone registered to advertise this site. Unless you want to receive a whole lot of spam, and unless you're looking for mediocre information that is mostly advertising oriented, I suggest you might think twice before registering there to look at it.

thanks for this heads up. Just this morning I noticed this website listed in two different threads, but by two different posters. figured it was just a coincidence, but obviously not. Now I won't waste my time checking it out.

I emailed the editors Patrick. Are the same posts still here or is this "person" posting new posts? I haven't seen any today.
BTW, when you see a post that is advertising rather then posting on the thread email the thread to [email protected]. and comment in the box that this thread is an advertisement.
If we keep posting on an advertisement it just keeps topping the thread to the top of the list.

The problem w/ this one is the creep registered w/ at least 5 or 6 different screen names so not as easy to root out as when one poster advertises over and over.
(IF the search function worked
it would be a piece of cake though)

I apologize for us not picking up on this sooner; it appears that the user is deleting their accounts immediately following posting.
Can someone please post a link here to one of the threads? We will certainly take care of this.
In the meantime, I'll go poke around---from the sounds of it, they're everywhere.
Thanks for your help!

Here's one:
Cavecreature was the screen name for this one and two others.

Here's another -- using the screen name redrose:

You might want to get rid of the massage one on the Canada board too.

April: You linked to just the Canada forum - not a specific thread.
I'm sure Katie will find it - but just FYI: When you open a thread, click on its title again at the top of the page. That will get you the URL of that specific thread.

I did find it---geez.. that was a totally inappropriate thread! Thanks again for mentioning it.
And thanks for explaining the link issue janis-
I'm definitely looking forward to adding a flagging system so these sort of posts can be quickly taken care of.

And back to the beginning of THIS thread. Would anyone in his right mind want to go to a website that takes such liberties and goes to such extremes to advertise on other sites? I stand by my theory that it's all about getting email addresses to spam.
