We never do nightlife after shows, by then we are ready to crash.

I am always sorry to see that so many people are closed-minded about staying in Jersey to see NY. We have stayed in NYC many times, but at times when we can't afford the NYC rates or need more space or just get a better all around deal, we have also stayed in Secaucus or Hoboken or Weehawken and taken bus or boat into Manhattan. It can be a viable option.
