I'm having a chuckle about "this old thread", which in fairness, is only a year old. I was researching Hill County in Texas last spring, and found a few year old threads, which lead me reserving the most charming and romantic B&B ever. It was all new information to me, and quite valuable.

So let's keep reviving the T-Rex threads. Very helpful and entertaining.

Good article. I know from experience, that food in the stomach, pacing oneself, and not drinking every last drop, makes a difference in the experience (and remembering the tours, ha ha)

Had the opportunity to revisit the wineries we visited on this trip last month . . . pleased to report, all still beautiful and all still producing great wine. Must visits all around
