Traveling from Arkansas to Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, Tetons . . .
We are leaving Friday June 4 from NW Arkansas headed to Mt Rushmore, Beartooth Pass MT, Yellowstone NP, Tetons, Pikes Peak CO, Estes Park CO, and hopefully on over to Arches NP and Canyon lands UT before heading back to Arkansas. All in just 7 days. Is that even possible? Are we trying to push too much into one driving road trip. We aren't even sure what routes to take. Not very experienced travelers! Open for ideas and suggestions . . .

Yes. Have you mapped this out with driving time? You will spend all of your time in the car. I have planned some really busy trips but this is impossible. You need to narrow your destinations to Yellowstone, Beartooth, Tetons or Colarado and Mt. Rushmore. Three years ago we spent 10 days in Yellowstone and we flew into MT.

Thank you smom! I just this second finished mapping it out and was shocked! We won't get to do all that after all. Just the driving time alone was 47 hours. that doesn't count all the viewing stops and motel nights. This is probably one of those once in a lifetime trips and we were trying to cram everything possible into one trip. We will just have to make plans to go back and see more.
