There is a fairly new little hotel there called the Southwest Inn, (I think). It is the best value you will find, while at the same time feel spoiled. The rooms all have a southwestern theme. The beds look like they were hand carved, really quaint. Also, each room has a fireplace and large tub. That is romantic in itself! You could go up to the Chapel which is built into this enormous rock and watch the sun set. It is a beautiful site! Sedona is such a wonderful place. Even the dirt is a gorgeous red!
